Abstract

Times are moving, changing and developing and life is accepting the impact of changes and developments and is waiting and in need of new problems and demands, new questions and their satisfactory answers. On the other hand, Islam is the last religion of Allah, the one that fulfills the needs of every age and has the ability to cope with its changes and revolutions and not only has the ability to guide not only the Muslim Ummah but also the human race in every changed age. Rather, it is the one who confronts new problems and difficulties and challenges and gives the Ummah the strength to stick to its eternal principles and divine guidance even in these trials. Along with this, there is another scientific and historical and an undeniable proven historical fact that from the very beginning of this Ummah, God's providence and power and the appropriation and obligation of this religion and Ummah arranged for this religion to be perfect and Ever since the death of the person who brought it into it, Allah Almighty created those personalities in the Ummah who, on the one hand, in their intelligence and genius, on the other hand, in their hard work and commitment, and on the third hand, in their sincerity and spirituality, not only in their era and contemporary Ummahs. Rather, I do not set my example in the multitude of nations and generations and in the long and continuous centuries of history in the knowledge and intelligence and the interpretation of the Shariat and the guidance of my generation. No religion, nation, civilization and any system of life can survive only on the efforts and achievements of the past and historical knowledge and capital, nor can it cope with the new problems and difficulties of the times. One of these new problems is the problem of "Provident Fund". This is a fund which is deducted monthly from the salaries of the employees and the same amount is added by the organization and after retirement that fund is given to the employees. There are two opinions of the scholars about this fund, some say it is legitimate while some say it is illegitimate. If we look at the status of the arguments, the opinion of those who believe in the legitimacy of this fund seems to be weighty, so their position is explained.
