Whether it is the evolutionary debates of the world religionsof their social effects, the importance of these deliberations has been evident in every age. The research journal " Al-Bayyina " deals with these religious discourses and perspectives along with their social and human perceptions. Correspondingly, the analytical study of contemporary intellectual and cultural problems of human society in the context of religious thought and the search for its feasible solution is the priority of " Al-Bayyina".

ترقیمات حدیث کاابتدائی تعارف اور وجوہات 2023-02-18T13:56:33+00:00 M Ahmad
All Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, The Most gracious, The Most merciful. Peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad(ﷺ)and on his family and companions.
The promise made by Allah (that He had undoubtedly sent down the Reminder and he would truly preserve it.) is obviously fulfilled in the undisputed purity of the Qur'anic text throughout the fourteen centuries since its revelation. However, what is often forgotten by many Muslims is that the above divine promise also includes, by necessity, the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), for it is the practical example of the implementation of the Qur'anic guidance, the Wisdom taught to the Prophet (ﷺ) along with the Scripture, and neither the Qur'an nor the Sunnah can be understood correctly without recourse to the other. Allah safeguarded the Qur'an from corruption by its enemies: disbelievers, heretics, and false prophets, by enabling millions of believers to commit it to memory with ease. He protected its teachings by causing thousands of people of knowledge to learn from its deep treasures and convey them to the masses.

Similarly, Allah preserved the Sunnah by enabling the Companions and those after them (may Allah be pleased with them) to memorise, write down and pass on the statements of the Messenger and the descriptions of his Way, as well as to continue the blessings of practising the Sunnah. Later, as the purity of the knowledge of the Sunnah became threatened, Allah caused the Muslim nation to produce outstanding individuals of incredible memory-skills and analytical expertise, who journeyed tirelessly to collect hundreds of thousands of narrations and distinguish the true words of precious wisdom of their Messenger from those corrupted by weak memories, from forgeries by unscrupulous liars, and from the statements of the enormous number of 'ulama', the Companions and those who followed their way, who had taught in various centers of learning and helped to transmit the legacy of Muhammad (ﷺ) - all of this achieved through precise attention to the words narrated and detailed familiarity with the biographies of the thousands of reporters of Hadith. Like other way to preserve Sunnah, the method of numbering is also a way to preserve it and searching the Hadith with ease.
2022-06-24T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 پراویڈنٹ فنڈ اور اس پر اضافہ شرعی نقطہ نظر سے 2023-02-18T14:14:20+00:00 Liaqat Ali
Times are moving, changing and developing and life is accepting the impact of changes and developments and is waiting and in need of new problems and demands, new questions and their satisfactory answers. On the other hand, Islam is the last religion of Allah, the one that fulfills the needs of every age and has the ability to cope with its changes and revolutions and not only has the ability to guide not only the Muslim Ummah but also the human race in every changed age. Rather, it is the one who confronts new problems and difficulties and challenges and gives the Ummah the strength to stick to its eternal principles and divine guidance even in these trials. Along with this, there is another scientific and historical and an undeniable proven historical fact that from the very beginning of this Ummah, God's providence and power and the appropriation and obligation of this religion and Ummah arranged for this religion to be perfect and Ever since the death of the person who brought it into it, Allah Almighty created those personalities in the Ummah who, on the one hand, in their intelligence and genius, on the other hand, in their hard work and commitment, and on the third hand, in their sincerity and spirituality, not only in their era and contemporary Ummahs. Rather, I do not set my example in the multitude of nations and generations and in the long and continuous centuries of history in the knowledge and intelligence and the interpretation of the Shariat and the guidance of my generation. No religion, nation, civilization and any system of life can survive only on the efforts and achievements of the past and historical knowledge and capital, nor can it cope with the new problems and difficulties of the times. One of these new problems is the problem of "Provident Fund". This is a fund which is deducted monthly from the salaries of the employees and the same amount is added by the organization and after retirement that fund is given to the employees. There are two opinions of the scholars about this fund, some say it is legitimate while some say it is illegitimate. If we look at the status of the arguments, the opinion of those who believe in the legitimacy of this fund seems to be weighty, so their position is explained.
2022-06-24T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 ڈاکٹرسراج الاسلام حنیفؔ کی دینی تصنیفات وتالیفات کا علمی وتجزیاتی مطالعہ 2023-02-18T14:16:11+00:00 Dr. Saeedul Rehman, Mohammad Tahir
Maulana Dr Siraj-ul-Islam Hanief is an Islamic Scholar, hailing from a historical village of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) named Hussai located on Rustam road via Shahbza Garhi district Mardan. This article aims to highlight the above-mentioned objectives. Moreover, it will be elaborated in this article that the role of religion is influential in casting notions of social impartiality, despotism, subjugation, and emancipation. Furthermore, it will be explained in this article that according to Islamic traditions, injustice is explained as one of the abysmal forms of evil in the light of the Quran and Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H), that justice and neutrality should not be predicated to a specific group of people, religious belief, race, caste, creed, or faith it should be done with each creation of God. Examples will also be given from prominent non-revelational religions like Hinduism, Buddhism, and Zoroastrianism. For example in Zoroastrianism, Humans are the unique creation of God specially designed for the purpose of fighting against heinous acts, in Buddhism, the concept of social justice includes that the Buddhist is interdict to harm any specie, as succinctly captured in the five precepts of morality including not to perpetrate murder, not to abduct, not to commit a sexual transgression, not to lie, and not to partake of intoxicating drinks or drugs and finally its comparison will be done with the Islamic Traditions that how Islam stands as an ambassador religion to safeguard the rights of the entire community and a staunch icon of religion in this interfaith religion’s dialogue. Concluding to the topic it will be justified that the concept of social justice prevails in each religion, though it is implemented practically or not is another topic of debate. But social justice is the need of the hour to safeguard this planet from disaster. All human beings are born with free will and have equal social rights.

2022-06-26T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023
